وفي ذلك الإطار، أود أن أذكر خصوصا المؤتمر الأوروبي الأفريقي بشأن الهجرة والتنمية، المعقود في الرباط بتاريخ # و # تموز/يوليه # ، الذي شملت استنتاجاته أي الإعلان وخطة العمل، طائفة عريضة من التدابير المتصلة بالهجرة والتنمية، بما فيها إنشاء آلية مالية لتعزيز التنمية فضلا عن القضايا المتصلة بالهجرة القانونية والتعاون القضائي والتعاون مع قوات الشرطة في مكافحة الهجرة غير القانونية

In that framework, I should like in particular to mention the Euro-African conference on Migration and Development, held at Rabat on # and # uly # whose conclusions, namely the Declaration and Action Plan, encompass a broad range of measures relating to migration and development, including the establishment of financial mechanisms to promote co-development, as well as issues relating to legal migration, and judicial and police cooperation in the fight against illegal immigration
