(2) Kann die kontaktierte Behörde nicht innerhalb der von der kontaktierenden Behörde genannten Frist antworten, so unterrichtet sie die kontaktierende Behörde umgehend über die Gründe dafür und nennt die Frist, innerhalb deren sie die erbetene Information erteilen wird.

2. If the contacted authority cannot provide a reply within any deadline set by the contacting authority, it shall promptly inform the contacting authority of the reasons thereof and indicate the deadline within which it shall provide the requested information.
