A resin clip (10) includes: a resin plate (12) that is inserted into an attachment hole (23) in an opponent member (22) to be connected; and an engagement pawl (18) that is formed so as to be flexible by means of a pair of slits extending toward an edge part of the resin plate in the direction toward which the same is inserted into the attachment hole.
