I see no reason why a Christian preacher should not draw illustrations from Bondeson, or from Edgar Allan Poe, as Paul quoted those pagan poets, and Jude quoted from the pseudepigraphal Book of Enoch. I think we may quote from nearly any secular book or article to illustrate the great truths given in the inspired Word of God.
