وقال إن تنفيذ جهاز القضاء للعهد يثير القلق، وفي هذا السياق، فإنه يودّ الحصول على معلومات بشأن أي تدريب في مجال حقوق الإنسان في الجامعات وكلّيات الحقوق أو أية خطط لتوفير هذا التدريب، وكذلك عمّا إذا وُجدت أية آلية محدّدة لتدريب أعضاء سلك القضاء في مجال القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.

Implementation of the Covenant by the judiciary was a matter of concern, and in that context, information on any human rights training in universities and law schools or plans for such training, as well as on whether there was any specific mechanism for training the judiciary in international human rights law, would be appreciated.

La aplicación del Pacto por el estamento judicial es una cuestión que interesa, y en ese contexto la información sobre cualquier tipo de capacitación en materia de derechos humanos impartida en universidades y facultades de derecho o cualquier clase de planes que pueda haber para dicha capacitación, así como saber si hay algún mecanismo específico para capacitar al estamento judicial en la normativa internacional de derechos humanos, son aspectos que se aprecian.

La prise en compte du Pacte par le secteur judiciaire est un sujet de préoccupation et, dans ce contexte, des renseignements sur une formation aux droits de l’homme dans les universités, les écoles de droit ou les plans juridiques concernant cette formation seraient les bienvenus, de même que des informations sur un mécanisme spécifique prévu pour la formation du personnel judiciaire dans la législation sur les droits de l’homme.

Соблюдение положений Пакта судебными органами является предметом озабоченности. В этом контексте Комитет был бы признателен за предоставление информация о профессиональной подготовке в области прав человека в университетах и на юридических факультетах или о планах организации такой подготовки, а также о том, существует ли какой-либо конкретный механизм для обучения судей вопросам международного права в области прав человека.
