ويجرم مشروع القانون التسليمُ أو التفجير المتعمد لمادة متفجرة أو أي جهاز مميت آخر بنية التسبب في الموت أو إحداث إصابة جسدية خطيرة أو إلحاق الدمار المادي.

Under the Bill, it is an offence to intentionally deliver or detonate an explosive or other lethal device with the intention of causing death, serious bodily injury or to cause physical destruction.

Con arreglo a este proyecto de ley, es delito entregar intencionalmente o detonar un explosivo u otro artefacto letal con la intención de provocar la muerte, graves heridas físicas o producir destrucción física.

Au titre de ce projet de loi, le fait de fournir sciemment ou de mettre à feu un explosif ou tout autre engin meurtrier dans l’intention d’entraîner la mort, des blessures graves ou la destruction physique constitue une infraction.
