ب) الحظر الفوري لاستخدام أي طائرات فوق أراضي كل منها استخداما يتنافى والشروط المنصوص عليها في تلك الاتفاقية أو المعايير التي حددتها منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق باستخدام وثائق مزورة أو انقضت مدة صلاحيتها، وإبلاغ اللجنة، بما تتخذه من تدابير في هذا الصدد؛
