وبموجب المادة 12 من الدستور، ”تضمن جمهورية بولندا حرية إنشاء وتشغيل نقابات عمال، ومنظمات اجتماعية – مهنية للمزارعين، ورابطات، وجمعيات للمواطنين، وغير ذلك من الرابطات والمؤسسات الطوعية“.
