كما أكدت القمة على أن الكشف عن الحقيقة في جريمة الاغتيال الإرهابية الذي ذهب ضحيتها رئيس الوزراء رفيق الحريري والجرائم الإرهابية الأخرى، ومثول المتهمين أمام المحكمة ذات الطابع الدولي لينالوا عقابهم العادل بعيدا عن الانتقام والتسييس، وفقا للنظام الذي سيعتمد لهذه المحكمة في إطار توافق اللبنانيين وبناء على طلب الحكومة اللبنانية ووفقا للأنظمة والأصول الدستورية اللبنانية المرعية، سيساهم في تحقيق العدالة وتعزيز إيمان اللبنانيين بنظامهم الديمقراطي.

The summit further stressed that the discovery of the truth behind the terrorist crime of assassination that took the life of Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri as well as other terrorist crimes, and the appearance of the suspects before a tribunal of an international character in order to have their just deserts meted out to them in a non-politicized, revenge-free setting in accordance with the rules of procedure to be adopted for that tribunal within a context of agreement among the Lebanese, on the basis of a request of the Lebanese Government and in keeping with the Lebanese constitutional rules and principles in force, will help to establish justice and strengthen the faith of the Lebanese in their democratic system;

Asimismo, la Cumbre subrayó que la revelación de la verdad sobre el ataque terrorista que se cobró la vida del ex Primer Ministro Rafiq Al-Hariri y otros atentados terroristas, la comparecencia de los responsables de esos delitos ante un tribunal internacional y la imposición de penas justas, exentas de politización y represalias y conformes con los estatutos que se aprobaran para ese tribunal en el marco de un acuerdo entre las partes libanesas, sobre la base de la petición del Gobierno del Líbano y de acuerdo con los reglamentos y los principios constitucionales libaneses vigentes, contribuirían a restablecer la justicia y a fortalecer la fe de los libaneses en su régimen democrático;

Les participants ont aussi réaffirmé que les enquêtes visant à faire la lumière sur l’acte de terrorisme qu’a constitué l’assassinat du Premier Ministre Rafiq Hariri ainsi que sur d’autres crimes terroristes, de même que la traduction devant un tribunal à caractère international des personnes accusées de ces crimes, de sorte que celles-ci puissent recevoir un juste châtiment, loin de tout esprit de vengeance et de toute politisation, conformément au statut qui sera adopté pour ce tribunal, dans le cadre d’une entente entre Libanais, et sur la demande du Gouvernement libanais, conformément aux règles et principes constitutionnels qui s’appliquent, contribueront à la victoire de la justice et à renforcer la confiance qu’ont les Libanais dans leur régime démocratique.

Саммит далее подчеркнул, что установление истины в отношении преступного террористического убийства премьер-министра Рафика Харири, а также других террористических преступлений и привлечение подозреваемых к ответу перед трибуналом международного характера в целях вынесения им справедливого приговора в условиях неполитизированной обстановки, исключающей возможность мести, в соответствии с правилами процедуры, которые будут приняты трибуналом в рамках достижения согласия среди ливанцев на основе просьбы правительства Ливана и в соответствии с действующими нормами и принципами Конституции Ливана, позволит восстановить справедливость и укрепить веру ливанцев в их демократическую систему.

首脑会议还强调,应查明暗杀拉菲克·哈里里总理这一恐怖罪行、以及其他恐怖罪行的真相,让嫌疑人出席具有国际性质的法庭,以便根据黎巴嫩政府的要求,遵照黎巴嫩宪法条款和现行原则,根据在由黎巴嫩各方商定的框架内为该法庭制定的程序规则,在无政治影响、无报复色彩的条件下作出公正判决,这将有助于秉持公正,增强黎巴嫩人对其民主制度的信心;
