نقرر أن يكون الخامس من تشرين الأول/أكتوبر هو يوم المؤتمر المعني بالتفاعل وتدابير بناء الثقة في آسيا، احتفالا ببداية فكرة عقد مثل هذا المؤتمر التي طرحها رئيس جمهورية كازاخستان في الدورة السابعة والأربعين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في عام 1992.

We decide to mark 5th October as the CICA Day to commemorate the initiation of the idea of convening the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the 47th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in 1992.
