وترحّب اللجنة أيضا بتعيين أمين مظالم في المجتمع المحلّي الألماني في 17 أيار/ مايو 2010، وبإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الطفل في عام 2006، وباعتماد خطة العمل الوطنية للأطفال للفترة 2005-2012.
