The Committee further recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to stop the deterioration of the Aral Sea region, improve the water management and the irrigation network in the region, and systematically try to re-establish as much as possible the Aral Sea and its wetland ecosystem.

El Comité recomienda además que el Estado Parte adopte todas las medidas necesarias para poner fin al deterioro de la región del mar de Aral, mejorar la ordenación de los recursos hídricos y la red de irrigación en la región, y para tratar de restablecer sistemáticamente en lo posible el mar de Aral y su ecosistema de humedales.

Le Comité lui recommande en outre de prendre toutes les mesures propres à mettre un terme à la détérioration de la région de la mer d’Aral, d’améliorer la gestion des eaux et le réseau d’irrigation dans la région, et de tenter de rétablir, autant que possible, la mer d’Aral et son écosystème humide par une approche systématique.

Комитет рекомендует далее государству-участнику принять все необходимые меры, с тем чтобы положить конец деградации экосистемы района Аральского моря, улучшить систему водопользования и состояние ирригационной сети в этом районе, и прилагать систематические усилия для максимально возможного восстановления Аральского моря и его водно-болотистой экосистемы.
