Los planos que adjuntaban habían sido levantados por el agrimensor Pedro Saubidet y fueron remitidos al Departamento de Ingenieros quien informó el 28 de agosto de 1875 aprobando la formación de un pueblo con el nombre de Suipacha y haciendo algunas observaciones sobre la traza del mismo.
