وتكرر نيكاراغوا الإعراب عن رفضها وشجبها الباتين لاستمرار وتصعيد الحصار الاقتصادي والتجاري والمالي الذي تفرضه الولايات المتحدة على كوبا، حيث إن هذا الإجراء لا يسهم بشيء في تهيئة الأجواء اللازمة للحوار والتعاون التي ينبغي أن تسود العلاقات الدولية بين دول ذات سيادة، وإنما هو أيضا عائق رئيسي يعرقل تنمية هذا البلد الشقيق، وجهوده للحفاظ على الإنجازات الرئيسية التي حققها في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وإجراء ينتهك من ثمة حقوق الإنسان للشعب الكوبي.

Nicaragua reiterates its emphatic rejection and condemnation of the continuance and tightening of the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed against Cuba by the United States of America, which not only fails to contribute to the requisite climate of dialogue and cooperation that should prevail in international relations between sovereign States but also constitutes the principal obstacle to the development of this fraternal country and its attempts to maintain its major economic and social achievements, and is a violation, in turn, of the Cuban people’s human rights.

Nicaragua reitera su más profundo rechazo y condena por la continuidad y el recrudecimiento del bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero impuesto contra Cuba por los Estados Unidos, acción que no solo no contribuye en nada al clima necesario de diálogo y cooperación que debe prevalecer en las relaciones internacionales entre Estados soberanos, sino que también es el principal obstáculo al desarrollo de ese hermano país y a sus esfuerzos por mantener sus principales logros, en lo económico y social, y violatorio, a su vez, de los derechos humanos del pueblo cubano.

Le Nicaragua réaffirme qu’il rejette et condamne vigoureusement le maintien et le renforcement du blocus économique, commercial et financier imposé à Cuba par les États-Unis, acte qui non seulement n’aide en rien à instaurer le climat de dialogue et de coopération qui doit régner dans les relations internationales entre États souverains, mais qui se révèle également le plus grand obstacle au développement de ce pays frère et aux efforts qu’il déploie pour maintenir ses principaux acquis socioéconomiques, sans compter qu’il viole les droits fondamentaux du peuple cubain.

尼加拉瓜再次强烈反对和谴责美利坚合众国继续并加紧对古巴的经济、商业和金融封锁,这种行为不但对建立主权国家间国际关系中应存在的必要的对话与合作气氛毫无帮助,而且成为这一兄弟国家发展及致力维持其经济和社会成就的主要障碍,并侵犯了古巴人民的人权。
