Given that there is a substantial treasure-trove of paintings and artefacts in the National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth , will the Minister encourage the National Museums and Galleries of Wales to co-operate with the national library , and vice versa , to ensure that those works of art are made available and put on display throughout Wales ? I noticed her commitment to ensure that the national museum takes its work to other parts of Wales , but it is important to recognise that having a bank of artefacts and paintings in the national library in Aberystwyth that are only seen by visitors to Aberystwyth is of little value to most people
