Dieser Gesetzesentwurf sieht vor, daß es für jeden irische bzw. in Irland lebenden Bürger eine Straftat darstellt, wenn er an dem sogenannten Sextourismus nach Fernost oder in andere Teile der Welt teilnimmt - es muß nicht innerhalb der Gerichtshoheit des Staates stattfinden.

Σύμφωνα με το νομοσχέδιο αυτό αποτελεί αδίκημα για τον ιρλανδικό νόμο όταν οποιοσδήποτε Iρλανδός ή κάτοικος Iρλανδίας συμμετέχει σε αυτό που ονομάζεται σεξοτουρισμός, είτε αυτό γίνεται προς την Απω Aνατολή ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο μέρος του κόσμου -δεν πρέπει απαραίτητα να συμβαίνει μέσα στη δικαιοδοσία του κράτους.

That bill makes it an offence in Irish law for any Irish citizen or person living in Ireland to participate in what is called sex tourism, whether it is in the Far East or any other part of the world - it does not have to happen within the jurisdiction of the State.

Dicho proyecto de ley se propone que en la legislación irlandesa sea un hecho constitutivo de delito la participación de un ciudadano irlandés o una persona residente en Irlanda en lo que se denomina turismo sexual, ya sea en el Lejano Oriente o en cualquier otra parte del mundo; y no tiene que suceder en la jurisdicción del Estado.
