وتمارس ولايتها القضائية الأصلية دون غيرها من المحاكم الأخرى بشأن إنفاذ أو تفسير الدستور، أو حين تنشأ قضية تتعلق بما إذا كان سنّ قانون ما قد تجاوز السلطات القضائية الممنوحة للبرلمان أو أي سلطة أخرى أو شخص بموجب قانون دستوري.

It has original jurisdiction to the exclusion of all others courts with regards to the enforcement or interpretation of the constitution and where any question arises whether an enactment of law was made in excess of the judicial powers conferred upon Parliament or any other authority or person by law under the constitution.
