تعرب من جديد عن بالغ قلقها إزاء الحصار العسكري للأرض الفلسطينية وعزل المدن والقرى الفلسطينية بعضها عن بعض عن طريق إقامة الحواجز العسكرية التي أصبحت بؤراً لقتل الفلسطينيين، مما يسبب وعواملُ أخرى أعمالَ العنف التي تسود المنطقة منذ ما يزيد على سنتين ونصف، وتطلب إلى حكومة إسرائيل الكف فوراً عن هذه الممارسات والقيام برفع الحصار العسكري عن المدن والقرى الفلسطينية فوراً، وتؤكد من جديد أن القانون الدولي يحظر هذه العقوبات الجماعية التي تشكل انتهاكاً جسيماً لأحكام اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة والبروتوكول الأول الملحق بها؛

Expresses its deep concern again at the military siege imposed on the Palestinian territory and the isolation of Palestinian towns and villages from each other through the establishment of military roadblocks that are used as a trap to kill Palestinians, which contribute, together with other factors, to the acts of violence that have been prevailing in the region for two and a half years, calls upon the Government of Israel to immediately put an end to this practice and immediately lift its military siege of Palestinian towns and villages, and reaffirms that these collective punishments are prohibited under international law and constitute a grave violation of the provisions of the Fourth Geneva Convention and Protocol I Additional to the Geneva Conventions;

Manifiesta su honda preocupación una vez más por el asedio militar impuesto al territorio palestino y el aislamiento de las ciudades y pueblos palestinos entre sí mediante el establecimiento de puestos de control militares en las carreteras que se utilizan como trampa para matar a palestinos, que contribuyen, junto a otros factores, a los actos de violencia que imperan en la región desde hace dos años y medio, exhorta al Gobierno de Israel a poner fin de inmediato a esta práctica y levantar inmediatamente el cerco militar de las ciudades y pueblos palestinos, y reafirma que estos castigos colectivos están prohibidos en el derecho internacional y constituyen una grave violación de las disposiciones del Cuarto Convenio de Ginebra y del Protocolo adicional I a los Convenios de Ginebra;

вновь выражает свою глубокую обеспокоенность военной блокадой палестинской территории и изоляцией палестинских городов и деревень друг от друга в результате создания военных контрольно-пропускных пунктов, которые используются для захвата и убийства палестинцев, что вместе с другими факторами питает акты насилия, царящего в регионе на протяжении двух с половиной лет, призывает правительство Израиля немедленно положить конец такой практике и немедленно снять свою военную блокаду с палестинских городов и деревень, а также вновь подтверждает, что такие коллективные наказания запрещены международным правом и представляют собой серьезное нарушение положений четвертой Женевской конвенции и Дополнительного протокола I к Женевским конвенциям;
