وفيما يتصل بكلية موظفي الأمم المتحدة، أعرب عن أسف وفده لأنه رغم الأهمية الكبيرة التي تتسم بها هذه المسألة، فقد حدث تأخر كبير في صدور تقرير الأمين العام (A/55/369) وتقرير فريق التقييم المستقل (A/55/369/Add.1).

With respect to the United Nations Staff College, his delegation regretted that despite the great importance of the matter, there had been a long delay in issuing the report of the Secretary-General (A/55/369) and the report of the independent evaluation team (A/55/369/Add.1).
