Begrebet "bedrift" er imidlertid ikke undergivet noget krav om, at malkekvaeget og de tekniske installationer, der er noedvendige ved maelkeproduktion, i tilfaelde af forpagtning af de omhandlede produktionsenheder skal vaere tilvejebragt af bortforpagteren, ligesom det heller ikke kraeves, at de naevnte produktionsenheder i henhold til forpagtningsaftalen specielt er beregnet til maelkeproduktion .
