وإذ نشير إلى المدخلات المقدمة لمشروع المبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة التي وافق عليها المشاركون في حلقة العمل الدراسية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة التي عقدت في مقاطعتي تشيانغ ماي وتشيانغ راي، تايلند، في الفترة من 6 إلى 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011( ) وإذ ننوه بتقديمها مع التقدير،
