وفي أعقاب القرار الذي اتخذه رئيس الجمهورية في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر بحل الجمعية الوطنية وإقالة حكومة رئيس الوزراء، نهاسي، تظل الحكومة الجديدة، التي أنشئت، مجرد جهاز إداري لا يملك أي قدرات دستورية أو تنفيذية؛ إذ إن الجمعية العامة معطلة إلى أن تجرى انتخابات جديدة، هذا إلى جانب المناخ العام من التوترات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية

Following the President's decision in November to dissolve the National Assembly and to dismiss the Government of Prime Minister Nhasse, the new Government that has been put in place is essentially a caretaker administration, with little constitutional or operational capacity since the Assembly is in abeyance until after the elections and given the overall atmosphere of political and socio-economic tensions
