In the Commission’s view, does the repeat of this type of emergency authorisation for soil disinfection granted by Spain, as well as by Portugal, Hungary and Italy, comply with the current Working document (SANCO/10087/2013) or should the same mechanisms apply as those activated for neonicotinoids?

¿Entiende la Comisión que la repetición de este tipo de autorizaciones excepcionales para la desinfección de suelos concedidas por España, y también por Portugal, Hungría e Italia, cumple con la guía actualmente vigente (SANCO/10087/2013) o bien deberían aplicarse los mismos mecanismos que se activaron para los neonicotinoides?
