وفي الدورة السادسة والستين، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تشجيع وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها المعنية على الإسراع بتنفيذ القرار 59/137؛ وأن يواصل أنشطة برنامج التوعية الرامي إلى إحيـاء ذكرى ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية التي وقعت في رواندا والتوعية بها؛ وأن يواصل تشجيع وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها المعنية على اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لتقديم الدعم على وجه الخصوص إلى الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز بناء القدرات القضائية ودعم الضحايا في رواندا؛ وأن يواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية والعملية لتنفيذ القرار، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والستين، مشفوعا بتوصيات محددة بشأن حلول ملائمة لتلبية الاحتياجات المتبقية للناجين من الإبادة الجماعية التي وقعت في رواندا في عام 1994 (القرار 66/228).

At its sixty-sixth session, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to continue to encourage the relevant agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations system to implement resolution 59/137 expeditiously; to continue the activities of the programme of outreach aimed at Rwanda genocide victim remembrance and education; to continue to encourage the relevant agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations system to take appropriate steps to support, in particular, efforts to enhance judicial capacity-building and victim support in Rwanda; and to continue to take all necessary and practicable measures for the implementation of the resolution and to report thereon to the Assembly, at its sixty-eighth session, with concrete recommendations for appropriate solutions to the remaining needs of survivors of the Rwandan genocide of 1994 (resolution 66/228).

大会第六十六届会议请秘书长继续鼓励联合国系统的相关机构、基金和方案迅速执行第59/137号决议;请秘书长继续开展外联方案的活动,纪念卢旺达种族灭绝受害者和开展教育;以协助防止今后出现种族灭绝行为;继续鼓励联合国系统的相关机构、基金和方案采取适当步骤,尤其支持为加强卢旺达司法能力建设和受害者支助工作而作出的努力;继续采取一切必要可行措施执行决议,并就此向大会第六十八届会议提交报告,就采取适当措施以满足1994年卢旺达种族灭绝幸存者其余需求提出具体建议(第66/228号决议)。
