تُـذكَّـر الوفود بأنه ينبغي تسليم وثائق تفويض الممثلين وأسماء الممثلين المناوبين والمستشارين، الصادرة وفقا للمادة 27 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، والموقّعة من رئيس الدولة أو الحكومة أو وزير الخارجية، إلى مكتب الشؤون القانونية (الغرفة S-3608) في موعد أقصاه يوم الجمعة 24 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2014.

Delegations are reminded that the credentials of representatives and the names of alternate representatives and advisers, issued in accordance with rule 27 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, and signed by the Head of State or Government or Minister of Foreign Affairs should be delivered to the Office of Legal Affairs (room S-3608) by Friday, 24 October 2014.

Se recuerda a las delegaciones que, de conformidad con el artículo 27 del reglamento de la Asamblea General, las credenciales de los representantes y los nombres de los representantes suplentes y consejeros, firmadas por el Jefe de Estado o de Gobierno o el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, deberán entregarse a la Oficina de Asuntos Jurídicos (oficina S -3608) antes del viernes 24 de octubre de 2014.
