The court partially granted the alleged tort liability of the defendant on the grounds that its action amounted to intentionally preventing the plaintiffs from exercising their rights by unfairly taking advantage of the fact that the plaintiffs’ status as foreign workers made it difficult for them to realize their rights on their own.
