Children and adolescents referred to the Social Welfare Secretariat are informed individually by the interdisciplinary team of their rights in general and, more specifically, of the rights which have been violated. They are accompanied and assisted by the legal procurator in all matters relating to the judicial trial; the procurator is responsible for explaining the proceedings which the child will have to undergo from the beginning to the end of the process

Los niños, niñas y adolescentes remitidos a programas de la Secretaría de Bienestar Social son informados de manera individual, por el equipo interdisciplinario respecto a sus derechos en general y específicamente sobre los que le han sido violados, se les brinda acompañamiento y son asistidos por el procurador legal en todo lo concerniente a su proceso jurídico, quien se encarga de explicarles sobre los procedimientos a los cuales va a estar sometido desde el inicio hasta la finalización del mismo
