Die Französische Republik wird ermächtigt, dem französischen Steinkohlenbergbau für das Jahr 1978 folgende Beihilfen zu gewähren: a) bis zu einem Betrag von 2 229 900 000 ffrs für die Abdeckung von Grubenbetriebsverlusten;

The French Republic is hereby authorized to grant to the coal industry the following aids for 1978: (a) an amount not exceeding FF 2 229 900 000 to cover losses on mining;
