Furthermore, as already mentioned, the following are considered organized crime offences under article # paragraph # of the Act: the sale of, trafficking and trade in and other activities related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and the raw materials and derivatives that can be diverted and used for their production; the illicit import, export and manufacture of and trade in arms and explosives; fraud and fraudulent practices; banking and financial crimes; robbery and theft; corruption and other crimes against the public interest; environmental crimes; the theft or robbery of or trafficking in vehicles, ships or aircraft; smuggling and other customs- and tax-related crimes; the counterfeiting of currency or public credit instruments; trafficking in persons or migrants; illegal deprivation of individual liberty; and abduction and extortion
