En cas de mauvaise température, la cérémonie aura lieu à la chapelle St. Brendan, à la base des Forces canadiennes Stadacona, rue Gottingen. Le lundi matin, l’accès au NCSM ATHABASKAN se fera par l’entrée Rainbow au bas de la rue Cornwallis. Les membres des médias doivent s’inscrire aux affaires publiques et présenter une carte d’identité avec photo afin d’accéder à l’arsenal.
