The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of guidance on United Nations rules and procedures, together with the Deputy Chief of Mission Support; supporting the coordination of policy and implementation among various components of the Mission; and ensuring that advice and information are coherent and harmonized within all Mission components prior to submission to the Regional Coordinator and/or the Special Representative of the Secretary-General

Il lui incombera aussi, en collaboration avec le Chef adjoint des services d'appui à la Mission, d'interpréter la règlementation et les procédures des Nations Unies, de contribuer à la coordination des principes d'action et à leur mise en œuvre au sein des différentes composantes de la Mission, et de s'assurer de la cohérence et de l'harmonisation des conseils et de l'information dans toutes ces composantes avant transmission au Coordonnateur régional et/ou Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général
