Nur durch ein Zusammenspiel von Organisations-, Personal- und Unterrichtsentwicklung auf der einen Seite und durch technisch-organisatorische Maßnahmen (IT-Management) zur dauerhaften Sicherung des Betriebs und der Funktionsfähigkeit der IT-Infrastruktur auf der anderen Seite lässt sich eine nachhaltige Gestaltung und Implementierung digitaler Medien in die Organisation Schule erreichen.

This leads to main organisational factors which have to be taken into account, when new digital media shall play a sustaining role in educational change. The Technology Plan which is already compulsory in the U.S. and the U.K. is proposed as a coordinating instrument leading to a more structured and long-term educational reform process for the implementation and use of new digital media.
