При тези обстоятелства на 29 юни 2011 г. Cour d’appel de Paris слага край на задържането на г‐н Achughbabian, след като взима решение да постави на Съда изложения по-долу преюдициален въпрос:

Unter diesen Umständen ordnete die Cour d’appel de Paris am 29. Juni 2011 die Freilassung von Herrn Achughbabian an, nachdem sie zuvor beschlossen hatte, dem Gerichtshof folgende Frage zur Vorabentscheidung vorzulegen:

Υπό τις περιστάσεις αυτές, στις 29 Ιουνίου 2011, το cour d’appel de Paris έκρινε ότι δεν υφίσταται λόγος κρατήσεως του A. Achughbabian, κατόπιν της αποφάσεώς του να υποβάλει στο Δικαστήριο το ακόλουθο προδικαστικό ερώτημα:

It was in those circumstances that, on 29 June 2011, the Cour d’appel de Paris ended Mr Achughbabian’s detention, having decided to refer the following question to the Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling:
