وقررت اللجنة الفرعية، بمقررها # ، أن تطلب إلى الفريق العامل للدورة المعني بإقامة العدل مواصلة نظره في ورقة العمل الموسعة التي أعدها السيد تشيرنيشنكو وأن تحيل لهذا الغرض ورقة العمل، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى لجنة القانون الدولي، بحيث يمكن النظر في تعليقات اللجنة في الدورة القادمة للفريق العامل

In its decision # the Sub-Commission decided to request the sessional working group on the administration of justice to continue its consideration of the expanded working paper prepared by Mr. Chernichenko and for that purpose to transmit the working paper, through the Secretary-General, to the International Law Commission, so that the Commission's comments might be considered at the next session of the working group
