The discussion of these objections, contained in Kalligone, Herder's last work, not only highlights the proper sense in which Kant understands his thesis according to which the satisfaction of the beauty is entirely disinterested, but it also let reconstruct Kant's main argument for the mentioned thesis.

La discusión de estas objeciones, que se contienen en Kalligone, la última obra de Herder, no solo pone de relieve el sentido preciso en que Kant entiende la tesis de que ningún interés acompaña a la satisfacción propia de lo bello, sino que también permite reconstruir el argumento principal que el filósofo aduce en favor de dicha tesis.
