2-3 وينص القانون 241/2002 Z.z.، المتعلق بحماية المعلومات السرية على أن ممارسة الشخص لوظيفة في وزارة الداخلية الاتحادية لجمهورية تشيكوسلوفاكيا الاشتراكية قبل عام 1989، وتحديداً في مجال "حماية الدولة والاقتصاد"، لا تمثل خطراً على الأمن ولا تستبعد إمكانية مواصلة هذا الشخص لعمله في دائرة المعلومات السلوفاكية.

2.3 Act 241/2002 Z.z., on protecting secret information, establishes that the exercise of functions in the Federal Ministry of the Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic before 1989, and specifically in the area of “protection of the State and the economy”, did not constitute a risk to security and did not exclude the possibility of these persons continuing to serve in the Slovak Information Service.

2.3 La Ley núm. 241/2002 Z.z. de Protección de la Información Secreta establece que el hecho de que una persona haya desempeñado funciones en el Ministerio Federal del Interior de la República Socialista Checoslovaca antes de 1989, concretamente en el ámbito de la “protección del Estado y de la economía”, no supone un riesgo para la seguridad ni es óbice para que esa persona siga trabajando en el Servicio de Información Eslovaco.
