ويشير الأمين العام إلى أن هذا النقصان يرجع الى الأثر المتأخر لما عدده 49 وظيفة مؤقتة في مكتب المدعي العام و 102 من الوظائف المؤقتة في قلم المحكمة التي لم يتم إلغاؤها إلاّ في السنة الثانية من فترة السنتين 2010-2011 (الفقرتان 49 و 64 من A/66/386؛ وانظر أيضا الفقرة 54 أعلاه).

The Secretary-General indicates that the decrease is due to the delayed impact of 49 temporary posts in the Office of the Prosecutor and 102 temporary posts in the Registry that were abolished only in the second year of the biennium 2010-2011 (A/66/386, paras. 49 and 64; see also para. 54 above).
