تؤكد ضرورة تقيد جميع المبادرات المتعلقة بتطور طرائق العمل، بما فيها المبادرات المتخذة على أساس تجريبي، بمبدأ التكافؤ بين اللغات الرسمية للمنظمة من أجل الحفاظ على جودة ونطاق الخدمات التي تقدمها الأمانة العامة أو تعزيزهما؛

Underlines that all the initiatives on the evolution of the working methods, including those introduced on a trial basis, shall comply with the principle of parity among the official languages of the Organization, with a view to preserving or enhancing the quality and scope of the services provided by the Secretariat;
