وهذا المبلغ يمول من الموارد العادية وهو يقل عن سقف يمثل 10 في المائة للحد الأقصى للمبالغ المأذون بإنفاقها سنويا من الأموال الأساسية للبرنامج الإنمائي في إطار تخطيط الموارد الذي وضعه المجلس التنفيذي.
