(1) Hat die Kommission Grund zu der Annahme, dass die mit dieser Verordnung eingeführte Zollaussetzung bei einem bestimmten Erzeugnis zu einer Handelsverlagerung geführt haben, so kann sie nach dem in Artikel 11 Absatz 2 genannten Verfahren die Aussetzung für einen Zeitraum von nicht mehr als zwölf Monaten vorübergehend aufheben.

1. Where the Commission has reason to believe that the suspension laid down in this Regulation has led to a deflection of the trade for a specific product it may, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 11(2), temporarily withdraw the suspension for a period not longer than 12 months.

(1) Ha a Bizottság okkal feltételezi, hogy az e rendeletben megállapított felfüggesztés egy adott termék kereskedelmének eltérítését eredményezte, akkor a felfüggesztést a 11. cikk (2) bekezdésében említett eljárással legfeljebb tizenkét hónapra átmenetileg visszavonhatja.

(1) În cazul în care Comisia are motive să considere că o suspendare prevăzută în prezentul regulament a provocat o deviere a schimburilor comerciale cu un anumit produs, aceasta poate, în conformitate cu procedura menționată la articolul 11 alineatul (2), să anuleze provizoriu suspendarea pentru o durată care să nu depășească douăsprezece luni.
