The campaign aims to rapidly build up population immunity by reaching out to 100% target children with MR vaccine, knocking out the susceptible cohort and, thereby, reducing the morbidity and mortality associated with Measles and Rubella.

इस अभियान का लक्ष्य 100 फीसदी लक्षित बच्चों को एमआर टीका से प्रतिरक्षित कर तेजी से जनसंख्या प्रतिरक्षा का निर्माण करना तथा अतिसंवेदनशील समूह वाले बच्चों से बीमारी को दूर करना है, ताकि मिजेल्स और जन्मजात रूबेला सिंड्रोम के कारण होने वाली मृत्यु को कम किया जा सके।
