تحيط علما بتقرير رئيس عملية كيمبرلي المقدم عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 64/109(2)، وتهنئ الحكومات ومنظمة التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي وأوساط صناعة الماس ومنظمات المجتمع المدني المشاركة في العملية على الإسهام في وضع نظام عملية كيمبرلي لإصدار شهادات المنشأ وتنفيذه ورصده؛

nimmt Kenntnis von dem gemäß Resolution 64/109 der Generalversammlung vorgelegten Bericht des Vorsitzes des Kimberley-Prozesses2 und beglückwünscht die teilnehmenden Regierungen, die Organisation der regionalen Wirtschaftsintegration, die Diamantenindustrie und die Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft, die an dem Prozess mitwirken, zu ihrem Beitrag zur Ausarbeitung, Anwendung und Überwachung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses;

Takes note of the report of the Chair of the Kimberley Process submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 64/109,2 and congratulates the participating Governments, the regional economic integration organization, the diamond industry and civil society organizations involved in the Process for contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme;

Toma nota del informe presentado por la Presidencia del Proceso de Kimberley atendiendo a lo dispuesto en la resolución 64/1092 y felicita a los gobiernos, a la organización regional de integración económica, a la industria del diamante y a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil que participan en el Proceso, por contribuir a la elaboración, aplicación y supervisión del Sistema de Certificación del Proceso de Kimberley;
