The present invention relates to a double stator and a motor comprising same, which enables devising a stator having high-output, high-speed, high-efficiency, and a slim structure by configuring a hybrid-type stator core to combine in a way that supplements the disadvantages and accentuates the advantages of a stackable core and a compressed powder integrated core.

본 발명은 적층형 코어와 압분자심의 일체형 코어의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 살리는 방식으로 조합하여 하이브리드 타입의 스테이터 코어를 구성함에 따라 고출력, 고속, 고효율, 슬림형 구조의 스테이터를 도모할 수 있는 더블 스테이터 및 이를 구비한 모터에 관한 것이다. 상기 더블 스테이터는 스테이터 코어, 상기 스테이터 코어의 외주면에 감싸지는 보빈, 및 상기 스테이터 코어의 일측에 권선되는 제1코일 및 상기 스테이터 코어의 타측에 권선되는 제2코일을 포함하고, 상기 스테이터 코어는 복수의 철편이 적층되어 형성되고 그 외면에 제1압입홈이 형성되고 그 내면에 제2압입홈이 형성되는 적층형 코어부, 상기 적층형 코어부의 제1압입홈에 고정되고 금속 분말에 의해 일체로 형성되며 제1코일이 권선되는 제1일체형 코어부, 및 상기 적층형 코어부의 제2압입홈에 고정되고 금속 분말에 의해 일체로 형성되며 제2코일이 권선되는 제2일체형 코어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
