وفي هذا الصدد، تلاحظ اللجنة كما أشير إلى ذلك في تقرير الأداء A/54/711)، الفقرة 7)، أن القاعدة استضافت 11 دورة تدريبية ضمت 190 مشاركا من 21 بعثة ووكالة ومكتبا خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1 تموز/يوليه 1998 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 1999، وشملت الدورات التدريبية الاتصالات وتكنولوجيات ربط الشبكات والمشتريات وشؤون الموظفين والشؤون المالية والمهارات الإشرافية.

In this regard, the Committee notes, as indicated in the performance report (A/54/711, para. 7), that 11 training courses involving 190 participants from 21 missions, agencies and offices were held at the Base during the period from 1 July 1998 to 30 June 1999, covering communication and networking technologies, procurement, personnel, finance and supervisory skills.
