ز) أن تنهي التشريد القسري المنتظم للأشخاص والأسباب الأخرى لتدفق اللاجئين إلى البلدان المجاورة، وأن توفر الحماية والمساعدة الضروريتين للمشردين داخليا، بالتعاون مع المجتمع الدولي، وأن تحترم حق اللاجئين في العودة الطوعية والآمنة والكريمة تحت رقابة الوكالات الدولية الملائمة طبقا للقانون الدولي بما يشمل أحكام القانون الإنساني الدولي المنطبقة؛
