وقالت إن المقرر الخاص قدم مشاريع مواد تتسم بسمات هامة تجعلها موضع قبول عام من لجنة القانون الدولي، وأن من المأمول فيه أن تستطيع لجنة الصياغة التي قدمت إليها بعض هذه المواد النظر فيها في العام المقبل وإحالتها مرة أخرى إلى اللجنة السادسة للنظر فيها

The Special Rapporteur had submitted draft articles incorporating important features that would be generally accepted by the Commission, and it was to be hoped that the Drafting Committee, to which some of those articles had been submitted, would be able to consider them the following year and refer them back to the Sixth Committee for its consideration
