وإذ وضع فريق العمل في اعتباره حالة الأطفال البدنية وأعمارهم، أوصى بأن يمارس الأطفال النشاطات الرياضية في المدارس الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية وفي الأنشطة الرياضية التي تنظمها الأحياء.
