وإننا إذ ندين بقوة هذا العمل الإجرامي، نرى أنه لا ينبغي السماح لهذه الهجمات أن تقوض إرادة المجتمع الدولي لتقديم كل مساعدة ممكنة للبلدان التي تحتاج إلى الدعم الكامل من المنظمة.

While strongly condemning that criminal act, we believe that such attacks must not be allowed to undermine the will of the international community in offering every assistance to countries that need the full support of the Organization.
