With regard to the issues of interim measures of protection, the Commission noted that the Working Group had considered a draft text for a revision of article # of the Model Law ( # para # ) and that the Secretariat had been requested to prepare revised draft provisions, based on the discussion in the Working Group, for consideration at a future session
