4.3 The Recipient shall, if requested by the Minister, permit any authorized representative of the Minister, or auditors engaged by the Minister or the Auditor General for Canada, reasonable access to its premises to do the following: a. inspect and assess the progress of the Project. b. examine the Recipient's books, accounts and any other records related to the Project and the Contribution, and to make copies thereof.

4.3 À la demande du ministre, le bénéficiaire donne à tout représentant autorisé du ministre, ou aux vérificateurs engagés par le ministre ou le vérificateur général du Canada, un accès raisonnable à ses locaux pour y effectuer ce qui suit : a. examiner et évaluer l'évolution du projet; b. examiner les livres, les comptes ou tout autre dossier du bénéficiaire se rapportant au projet et à la contribution, et à les photocopier.
